A common topic in corporate travel circles these last couple months is the resiliency of the predominant fee model for travel management company services. The CEO of the largest TMC on Tuesday suggested that it could change. He also expressed hope that the pandemic crisis would allow suppliers and distributors to put aside their differences as all industry constituents focus on bringing back business travel.
