The world's largest travel management company is taking its sustainability initiatives up a couple notches.

American Express Global Business Travel plans to announce a commitment to science-based targets for its global operations and supply chain as "an interim step on its journey to net-zero emissions globally by 2050." The company also will announce a consulting practice to help clients cut emissions "while still enabling travel."

Called Green Compass, the service will feature "an intuitive dashboard that provides travel managers with granular insight into the factors that drive emissions from business travel and . . .
