Airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers this summer began piecing back their operations, but if recent surveys are indicators, they shouldn't expect much corporate travel before next year. After a month or two of improving sentiments, the outlook changed for the worse as Covid-19 continued its resurgence in many locations.

According to the Global Business Travel Association's latest poll, nearly two-thirds of more than 2,100 members said business travel resumed more slowly than they had expected it would back in March.
