Spend management company Coupa added more travel tech to its portfolio, acquiring business travel app builder ETA Inc.

ETA co-founder and CEO Choon Hong Peck on Friday informed The Company Dime of the transaction, indicating that he was unable to disclose additional details. Contacts at publicly traded Coupa have not responded to requests for comment.
