GBTA Seeks ‘Reset’ Through Third-Party Review Of Governance

The Global Business Travel Association's board has authorized a "thorough and independent third-party review and audit of GBTA to recommend improvements for the association's governance structure."

The organization made the statement on Friday afternoon in response to questions about an apparent lack of clarity in the responsibilities and roles of board members versus employed staff. GBTA described the opportunity as a "reset."
