Rewards For Policy Compliance Are A Bad Idea, Says Rewards Program Provider

Nearly one in four corporate travel managers polled in August and September said their companies offered incentives or rewards for in-policy bookings. Perhaps it's counterintuitive, but the head of a leading corporate travel rewards system called that "ridiculous."
