Like some other industry suppliers, Serko is waiving certain introductory fees for its services amid the coronavirus pandemic. An initiative like that is trickier than it would seem, since there's always a cynic or two to call it opportunistic. Anyone who knows Serko co-founder and CEO Darrin Grafton, though, should know his aim is true. This has clearly hit him hard.
