Serko since October switched over 1,100 accounts in Australia and New Zealand to its new self-booking tool, Zeno, from pre-existing Serko Online. The next stop is North America, where beta tests are planned for next month. The company intends to roll out Zeno in the market in May or June.
Zeno has many features found in typical corporate self-booking technology, and a few distinctive ones. There is a budget estimator, a travel expense forecaster and a marketplace of third-party providers.
