Bruised After Layoffs, TripActions Tells Competitors That ‘Lack Integrity’ To ‘Look In The Mirror’

Ten days ago, TripActions called out unnamed competitors for emailing to prospects untruths about it. Contrary to these communications, TripActions asserted, it is not out of business. It has not withdrawn from Europe or Asia/Pacific.

For competitors to suggest otherwise appears wrong and reckless, but such actions would be similar to what TripActions itself did weeks earlier. On March 19, the company sent a mass email titled "Keeping Employees Safe." It asked prospects what they were doing to ensure employee safety. This included whether their travel programs offered a "traveler map" and whether they "surface planned . . .
