Great insight from around the industry. I agree that agents are demonstrating their value as knowledgeable counselors but they need the tools to become more productive. Travelers will require a predictable experience, down to the elevator loading procedures, and agents can be that final level of comfort and insight with the aid of the right technology.

Prior to Covid there was an across-the-board shortage of talent in the industry. As our new normal evolves, the lack of talent will only escalate. Attracting and developing the next generation(s) is critical.
