Delta Air Lines informed corporate accounts last week that it would allow no-fee name changes on unused tickets and ease the process of applying credits to new trips.

According to vice president of sales operations and development Kristen Shovlin, Delta's new "corporate waiver" allows travel managers and their travel management companies to change names on coronavirus-impacted tickets "without the use of a waiver code" and without calling in for help or logging in to the carrier's corporate travel portal.
