No surprise here: Travel management companies are consolidating.

The No. 14 company on Travel Weekly’s 2020 list of top leisure and corporate agencies, Houston-based Frosch International Travel agreed to acquire CorpTrav, according to sources.

Two industry veterans familiar with the companies discussed the deal on the condition that they not be identified, since they were not authorized to comment publicly.

Frosch president and CEO Bryan Leibman could not be reached for comment. When she answered the phone Wednesday . . .
