Frosch Acquisition Of TCG Consulting Centers On ‘Total Cost Of Ownership’ Model

Frosch International Travel acquired TCG Consulting, for the first time enabling the travel management company to offer advisory services. More than 50 employees will join Frosch, officials said.

They did not expect the consulting unit to work on as many TMC bids as it did before the acquisition, but TCG founder and CEO Albert Taras said that was not the most robust part of the business anyway.

What brought the firms together, said Taras and Frosch president and CEO Bryan Leibman, was the opportunity to better leverage TCG's proprietary formula for unearthing the total . . .
