Former Travel Leaders Group hotel division vice president Mai Meyaart last month filed suit against the company alleging various acts of discrimination, harassment and mistreatment. TLG denied the allegations.
"Any and all actions TLG took with respect to [the] plaintiff's employment were for legitimate, non-discriminatory, and non-retaliatory reasons and were taken in the good-faith exercise of reasonable business judgment," according to a court filing by the company, which is the parent of Altour, Tzell Travel, Protravel, Travel Leaders Corporate and other units.
